Aotea can diagnose many faults remotely with its Teleservice. Reconfigure machine parameters, update software remotely, TeleService has proven to increase machine up-time when it can be fixed without having to factor in engineer availability and travel etc, needed to attend to your request.

To ensure your machine continues to run at optimal level, Aotea has an extensive range of software, genuine spare parts and tooling from its suppliers facilities in Europe, Asia and the USA.

Furthermore, Aotea holds a large inventory of breakdown parts, valued at more than $1 million, in its national distribution centre.
