Masterbatch Dosing
Single or double-station volumetric dosing units, with a throughput ranging from 0.005 up to 150 kg/h. Designed to dose masterbatch, additives and regrind into the plastification screw.
Volumetric Dosing
Can accommodate up to two independent dosing stations that can be of different capacities. Each dosing station can be configured for individual capacities in the tens of g/h, up to 170 kg/h.
Gravimetric Dosing
Can accommodate up to two independent dosing stations that can be of different capacities. Each dosing station can be configured for individual capacities in the tens of g/h, up to 170 kg/h.
Gravimetric Batch Blending
The Quantum embodies innovations that radically changes the way injection moulding machines and extruders are fed with blends of materials including virgin, recycled, masterbatch and additives.
