Teleservice:

Teleservice allows Aotea to remotely diagnose faults, configure machine parameters, and update software remotely. Teleservice increases machine uptime, due to shorter response times and fault elimination without delay.

General Maintenance and Fault Detection

On-going general maintenance and fault detection is provided proactively to quickly resolve any issues and ensure high reliability and productivity.

Preventative Maintenance and Customer Support Agreements:

Aotea’s customer support and preventative maintenance agreements allow customers to lower the cost per unit of production, reduce downtime, and ensure ongoing reliability.

Breakdown Service:

Aotea understands the financial effect that equipment failures can have on a business. Machine breakdowns are given the highest priority to ensure that in the event of a breakdown, the customer is given a prompt resolution to their problem.

Installation and Commissioning:

Following the equipment purchase, the service team builds stronger relationships with customers to efficiently plan, install and commission the equipment.

Machine Relocation:

To assist with company requirements, Aotea provides machine de-commissioning, relocation and commissioning services throughout New Zealand.

Training:

Qualified engineers provide machine, software, and maintenance training in order to maximize the customer’s investment, allowing them to focus on their core business.

Support Agreements:

Regular Preventative Maintenance provides your machine with the care it needs. Aotea’s PM Service organizes and performs your preventative maintenance visit over the year for one fixed rate. PM Service also provides you with a 10% discount for all consumable and PM parts purchased through Aotea Machinery as well as Tele-diagnosis and technical phone support.

Preventative Maintenance Contract (PM):

The scope of work would be to supply labour and equipment to perform PM, checking, inspecting and verifying all aspects of the machine. Your PM Service Contract includes
•    Comprehensive PM visit
•    Minor PM Visits
•    10% discount on parts used for the PM
•    10% discount on consumables parts
•    Technical phone support- Aotea Engineer
•    Tele-diagnosis
