Aotea Machinery is fortunate to be able to trace its lineage back over 35 years. And that means not only 35 years of ongoing relationship with principals such as TRUMPF and ARBURG, but also a register of every machine sold by the organisation, and an accompanying library of manuals, spares lists and additional information.

Aotea Machinery today is a dynamic organisation representing major brand machine tool manufacturers that are all leaders in the global market.  And supporting those brands, and Aotea customers is a team of 6 experienced, factory-trained Service Technicians.

Every member of the team at Aotea Machinery is passionate about what they do, and they’re passionate about giving customers honest advice and exceptional service.  

As of 1 April 2010, Aotea Machinery and Headland have joined forces to bring you new products and new capabilities.

Headland is a successful, well established company, founded in 1949 and has many similarities with Aotea in terms of corporate values, goals and beliefs. Headland has provided machine tools, technology and service support to the Australian manufacturing industry since inception and like Aotea their business has represented leading suppliers from Europe with a strong focus on premium technology and products.

Today, Headland is the largest supplier of quality machine tools in the Australian manufacturing industry, and employs over 52 people, with dedicated field service engineers, sales and administration staff.

This union combines additional coverage and capabilities from Aotea’s sales and service network with Headland’s well established market presence and local knowledge. Our focus will be on supporting our customers with larger spare parts stock holding, increased technical service support and ongoing training initiatives.
